Shipping Questions:

How long will it take me to receive my shirts?

Once we receive your order, it takes 2-3 days for us to process the order before it is shipped.  Once it is shipped, applicable shipping times apply.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my leggings?

Since our leggings are custom made, once we receive your order, it takes 5 to 7 days to process your order.  Within Canada, orders usually take 2-13 business days. For example, a package sent Canada Post Expedited may take 5 days to get to Vancouver, BC, and another package sent by the same service will take 13 days to get to Iqaluit, Nunavut.

Within the USA, orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped.

International orders take 10-30 business days, but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.

 

Why did my order come in two separate packages?

In order to provide our customers a variety of high quality clothing items, we may utilize different manufacturing locations.  

 

Return Policy Questions:

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.  Items with defects or errors can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please include a copy of the receipt with your return.

Leggings have a separate return policy.  Please see the next question for details.

 

What is your return policy for leggings?

Our leggings are custom printed.  Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please refer to our terms and conditions to see if the issue falls into our allowable range. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.

Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within 48 Hours from the product shipping date.

For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8 hours of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, we do not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.

 

When can leggings be returned or refunded?

 Orders are refundable when:

1.  We are unable to produce part or all of your order due to a limitation of our manufacturing equipment.
2.  You request a change or cancellation to the order and it has not started production.

When are leggings not able to be returned or refunded?

Orders are NOT refundable for the following reasons:

1.  The wrong size is ordered.
2.  A package was lost, we reprint and reship the order.

 

How do you handle general issues regarding leggings?

 Let’s face it, we are not going to be perfect all of the time. While we do have a 4 step Quality Control Process, an incorrectly sewn product or a item with a print flaw may be shipped. Also, there is a number of things that can arise:

1.  A product is received with a small mechanical error.
2.  A product is received with a large mechanical flaw that prevents wearing.
3.  A product is received with a large print flaw.
4.  An order with tracking is appearing to be stuck during transit.
5.  An order without tracking (international) is appearing to be stuck in transit.
6.  An order has been returned due to an address error.
7.  An order was damaged in transit.
8.  The wrong item was shipped.


If you have an issue with the order that you placed, please refer to our resolution steps below. In most cases we will reprint the order. However, depending on your specific case, the original item(s) may need to be returned, or we may need to wait on a case to be opened with the postal service.

 

What are the steps to a resolution?

If you receive a product that has a mechanical issue that effects the use of it (for example a hole in a leg seam), please follow these steps to report it to us:

1.  Take a few good quality pictures that clearly illustrate the problem. If the problem is related to sizing, try to place a tape measure on the garment to show the problem.
2.  Email us at support@fits2thetee.com
3.  In the subject line, please put the order number so we can easily look up your information and order.
4.  We will confirm we received your email and will try to be back in touch in 48 hours. 


We may ask you for more information or pictures if the submitted photos are not clear enough. We take quality matters very seriously and sometimes it can take a bit longer to review a problem if it is more complicated. We will work with you to find a solution that is appropriate to your specific issue. Possible resolutions include reprinting the order, crediting the order, providing a credit to have the garment fixed at your local tailor, or in rare cases, refunding the order.

 

What products are eligible for return?

In order for a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  

 

How will I know that you received my returned product?

Once we receive a return, we inspect it and then send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item.  

 

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

Only regularly priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  

How will I know if I get a refund for my return?

We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three days.

 

What if I received the item as a gift and I want to return it?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item.  Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you about gift certificate options.

If someone purchased the item for you as a gift and had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will receive the refund and the gift giver will be notified about the returned item.

 

Who is responsible for paying for shipping costs on returned items?

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs on returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part.  Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service if your return is over $75.  

 

Quality and Production Questions:

Why does the color of the product I ordered look different than what I saw on my screen?

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site.  The actual colors you see depend on your device’s screen.  We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.  

 

Will the color of designs on my leggings fade?

Our leggings are printed with a process called sublimation using solvent free inks. This printing method gives a vibrant, beautiful range of colors.  Sublimation printed fabrics show almost no fade with repeated washing. Our custom printed leggings are like getting a tattoo. Once you have one, you´ll want more!

 

How are your leggings sewn? 

We proudly make all of our products in-house. That means when you design a pair of leggings, we receive your order, print your design onto our fabrics, then cut and sew your custom leggings. Each order is handled individually by hand by our production team and is checked along the way for quality printing and sewing. We sew our leggings using a 4-thread overlock which incorporates a safety stitch along the seam for durability and stretch.

 

Care Instruction Questions: 

How do I care for my Leggings?

Easy to care for and keep looking new! Machine or hand wash your leggings and capris in cold water. Tumble dry on regular or hang to dry. Please do not bleach. The fabric is naturally quick-dry so you won't have to wait long before wearing again.

 

Will my leggings shrink when I wash them?

Before we print our leggings with sublimation, it needs to be pre heated which also pre-shrinks the fabric. In most cases, sublimation fabrics will not shrink.

 

Miscellaneous Questions:

What is the difference between Yoga and Classic Leggings? 

What’s the big difference?  The wide waistband! Our yoga leggings and capris feature a wide waistband made from our micro-rib fabric. It is doubled up to produce the power needed to hold your leggings perfectly in place. Stitched in place with our elastane threads, your yoga leggings and capris are secure and ready to stretch with you.
